BAIS unveils new broker relationship team

Motor insurance claims specialist BAIS has appointed a new broker relationship team to help deliver the company’s growth plans and support existing customers.

The company, which provides a full range of outsourced motor claims handling products as well as legal expenses, car hire and other assistance services, has appointed a trio of individuals to lead the company’s business development and customer support strategy into 2012.

Dave Kaar has been appointed Business Development Manager and will be responsible for new business at the firm. He has spent over 15 years within financial services marketing, including as BDM at North West-based Broker Support and Horizon Finance. Lee Davies is BAIS’ new Sales Account Manager, charged with supporting the company’s established portfolio of clients which ranges from nationwide commercial brokers, networks and fleet specialists, to smaller, high street motor intermediaries. Lee also has over a decade’s worth of insurance supply chain management experience, having spent a number of years with Homeserve where he was Customer Liaison Manager before joining BAIS.

Sarah Maxfield completes the team and as Internal Account Manager she will help co-ordinate BAIS’ business development strategy. Sarah has enjoyed a steady rise at the company and has built up an intricate knowledge of the products and services within the BAIS portfolio.
