This role sets out to provide an exemplary level of customer service, quickly and effectively respond to potential new claims referrals, investigating an assessing the viability and type of services to offer, arranging such services thereafter, monitoring suppliers to ensure that timescales are adhered to and that the services remain appropriate.

To provide an efficient day to day claims handling service to Brokers and Clients alike and recover both uninsured losses and Broker Assistance outlay in the minimum possible time albeit without sacrificing quality for haste.

To provide an effective day to day administrative service to the Claims function to support the smooth running of both this Department in relation to overall business success
