Provision of non-fault services including credit hire and credit repair are subject to accident circumstances supporting information and evidence.

Should Broker Assitance Limited become aware of any unlawful/fraudulent activity which may effect the outcome of a claim, then Broker Assistance reserves the right to withdraw its services and associated benefits at any stage throughout the life cycle of a claim. Should any unlawful or fraudulent activity be proven and as such affect Broker Assistance Limited's ability to recover its own monies then Broker Assistance Limited reserves the right to withdraw its services and associated benefits at any stage thoughout the life cycle of a claim. Broker Assistance Limited also reserves the right to recover their costs from the fraudulent party.
