Broker Assistance are a motor claims management company providing services to clients of our business partners.

Set up in May 2003 from its base in Warrington, Cheshire, we provide motor claims services to our business partners nationwide. Broker Assistance has a unique vision of bringing the Insurance and Accident Management Industries together, backed by service levels which enhance the relationship between our business partners and their clients.

The Management team own a majority of the company and can therefore offer the flexibility to design bespoke arrangements that best serve the needs of their business partners.

We believe the industry is crying out for a business partner who looks after their client base by delivering a quality motor claims service whilst maintaining their income streams.
